Georg ist Mitte 40, Familienvater und beruflich auf der Überholspur - bis eines Tages ein Fremder in das Einfamilienhaus kommt, sein Bett im Wohnzimmer aufstellt und bleibt. Während der Fremde sich mehr und mehr ausbreitet, wächst in Georg ein dunkles Gefühl. Und Stück für Stück spürt er, dass da mehr hinter dem 2m²-Mann steckt, als ein einfacher Grundstücksvertrag.
